Free stores can be used without payment. Paid subscriptions may include a trial when enabled for the selected plan.
Refund requests should be sent within 7 days of payment if the service was not usable due to a CaveZone platform issue.
Refunds are not guaranteed for completed subscription periods, policy violations, or issues caused by seller-side setup.
Production deployments should update this template to match the business entity, payment processor, and local law.
